Excellent service. Did an oil change for me and also checked over my vehicle. Found my battery was weak and it was 100% covered by my vehicle warranty. Great job!
Stopped in to get a key made for my F150 before leaving on vacation. While creating the paperwork, they found a recall. They had the part in stock and offered to do it. The part swap would take about 30min to an hour. So while get key cut and programmed, they swapped the recalled part. They had me in and out in about an hour for both items.
Just had some services done at Central Ford in Truman Arkansas and was very pleased with the service. I did not have to go inside and find someone to help me but instead pulled into the service cent and someone came to my vehicle and asked what is needed to be done and what they can do to help. Very professional and impressed. Thank you Central Ford for my repairs and service.
